ORTEGA- TOLIMA
Ortega is a small town, there are not many people, it is a quiet place.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are trading days. so they are very moved.

go out to drink, dance or enjoy with the
family.
TOWN PLACES

every Sunday most of the people go

There are also three gyms, they keep full of people, lately many started a healthier life and that is very Good.
The dance school is very Good, they have made many travels to the exterior in Colombia and they are one of the best groups in Tolima.
The talent is a lot and the support too.
FAIRS AND PARTIES.
Fairs and parties are of the most anticiped events, people come from various places to enjoy a Good time, people dancing, sinsing and also there are many singers, there are games of all kinds.
Last year and this year there were not fairs and parties, but it is expectes that next year if they are help

I live in the Nueva Granada neighborhood.
My house has four rooms, i use one of those a study room, it has Good lighting and there isn´t as much heat as in the others.
In my house we are four people, my mother, my father and my younger brother.
My house is one after the first, the Street isn´t in very Good condition, there are many stones and it is very difficult when it rains.
There are also many flowers and many pets. There are two dogs, a cat and six chikens.
My father has a vegetable garden where there are many vegetables, from there we get fresh and healthy food.

I have good neighbors, they are friendly and like to share their celebrations with others, some of my neighbors are dedicated to agricuture and livestock.
In general Ortega is an ideal place for people who want a quiet life, it´s tourist places are very beautiful, there isn´t much pollution, it is a safe town, the people are happy, hardworking and collaborative.

Before vs After the pandemic
building good habits can be the solution to many problems, have a longer life and a happier life.
BEFORE THE PANDEMIC
Before the pandemic, he played two sports: basketball and volleyball.
I was always good at sports, during my high school I always balanced study with sports. I could play basketball for hours, it was fun to spend time with my friends
Although we are still in the pandemic, now it is easier to go out and play sports outdoors
to keep in shape I go to the gym five times a week
now I can lift 170 pounds in hip thrust and 110 pounds in free squat, when before I could not even lift 25 pounds, sport is a good way to get stronger
